Bircon TTRPG Convention, DMing there today

I am running a 3.5 hour Shadowdark game at Bircon. Been looking forward to it. It is a a mid-sized convention with ca. 100 games happening, mostly OSR and really varied in tone, setting and game-system. As DM you €10 voucher and automatically put into a raffle.
I spend quite a bit of time preparing, totally modifying a one page dungeon, watching about 50 minutes of tips on how to DM at a Con etc. Found a bunch of nice art online which I printed and my gf made some custom art for me as well! :)
This is the map of the "dungeon":

I like that there is indoor, outdoor and underground exploration. The elevator pitch of the game that people signed up for:
"Overrun tower & temple, Templars long dead, will you bring light?
Vicious, cunning Orcs & other fell creatures took this tower & temple,.. once a Templars' bastion, the order is dead. Others tried to wrest back this sacred place, they hang from the tower. Famed Pole-Axe "Lux-ferre" & other arcane treasures,.. still within? What will you dare?"

Of course there are secrets, lore, riddles, traps, supernatural things, loot, treasure, magic etc. The hard part is compressing it all down to 3.5 hours.
I will go an hour or two before I run my game and check out the Con of course, but push comes to shove, I can go tomorrow as well. I am pacing myself a bit because I know running a session for new people takes a bit out of me. 5 People signed up for my game, and there is 2 on the wait list and perhaps even 1 or 2 of my regular game players would join in a pinch, but they have signed up for various games.
Somewhat related, at least to gaming,.. my friend, who is coming today as well, totally showed me how to "acquire" almost any video game (including some amazing Roleplay games, couch co-op for me to play with partner) and run it on Linux. Then after installing some of those games, we shipped my upcycled game PC to Valencia yesterday. He is a great help and a good friend and knows his PC gaming and hardware stuff! <3
